The hotel was nestled in a serene setting with natural surroundings. the meals were delicious and featured a fusion of western and local cuisine. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing tea and a kotatsu in the room.
The onsen had limited facilities for seniors and could use some cosmetic renovations.

The hotel was situated in a lovely natural setting with lots of trails to explore. We particularly enjoyed the waterfalls, and the staff was friendly. the food was varied and good quality.
The hotel was quite far from any town or station, which made it difficult to access. We also found the interior to be dated and in poor condition, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.

We had a lovely stay in the mountain resort with the best aspects being the peaceful location amidst nature, excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and the private outdoor bath. We enjoyed the traditional tatami room and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.
